Meant to get this up before the Cubs went down 0-1 to the Dodgers, but here is a little tune done by one of my good buddies from high school, Dave Ashdown. It's called "LIKE IN 1908," which is the last year the Cubbies won the World Series. As somebody pointed out, anyone can have a bad century.
Also, the Double Hey performed "Like In 1908" on the WGN-TV Morning News. Watch my friend Ashdown demonstrate his unbridled enthusiasm for the Cubs. You might be surprised to learn that he is the product of a prep school and Colgate education -- and was actually a very good student and athlete.
